We are looking for an experienced assistant general manager to help the general manager in directing daily business operations. The assistant general manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The AGM must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager.

To be a successful assistant general manager, you should eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities. The AGM must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. The AGM should be firm, but also approachable.

We are looking for a charismatic Server. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests’ experiences.

Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The Executive Chef will cook different and delicious food items, while leading the kitchen staff team and managing the inventory of food and supplies for the week. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating the restaurant’s menu and adjusting it depending on the seasonality or availability of food. The Executive Chef reports to the Culinary Director.

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with kitchen activities and ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the brand. Key responsibilities include improving/maintaining team performance, quality assurance, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of heart of the house staff to ensure the restaurant meets financial and operational goals.

Expeditors will assist servers in ensuring that food is picked up from the line as soon as it is ready and delivered to guests in timely manner.

    • Clearing certain items from tables when appropriate

    • Understand restaurant layout in order for food to be delivered in the correct manner
    • Communicate with all parts of the kitchen so food tickets are executed correctly
